Suleyman Cam graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Accounting and Finance in 1985. He started his career at Albaraka Türk Participation Bank in 1987 and worked at various levels in the bank for 32 years as the Branch Manager at the Mecidiyeköy, Bayrampaşa, Eminönü branches in Istanbul, the Gebze branch in Kocaeli, and the central branch in Malatya, then as the Anatolian Regional Manager, and lastly as the European Regional Manager. He retired from the same bank as Regional Manager in 2019. While working at the bank, he received various trainings and gave trainings for two years.
